Carls Jr's apologizes for "post-feminist" ads

I thought that this ad was really interesting (and funny) in relation to what we were talking about a couple of weeks ago with regard to Post-Feminism.

Clearly Carls Jr. is (at least now) fully aware of their heavy handed use of self-reflexive, "knowing" objectification in its previous advertising campaigns and so instead of critically engaging with these problematic issues, they simply opt out and blame " Carl Hardee Jr." for their past follies.

Rest assured that all will be well again now that "Carl Hardee Sr." is back behind the reigns that Carls Jr will never have a problematic ad ever again.
